Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how PurePixel LLC collects and uses information through https://purepixelllc.cloud, related contact channels, and the mobile application Couple Moments Planner described below.

Couple Moments Planner (mobile app)

This section applies to our personal couple moments app Couple Moments Planner (package name: com.couple.momentsplanner), Version 1.0.0. The app helps two people on one device save anniversaries, date plans, shared wishes, memory cards, and weekly “us” questions. It is not a stranger-meeting, dating, or social-matching service.

App summary (V1.0.0)

  • No account required. Registration, sign-in, or pairing codes are not required.
  • Local storage only. Anniversaries, date plans, wishes, memories, weekly answers, couple names, themes, and related preferences stay on your device and are not uploaded to PurePixel LLC servers.
  • No cloud sync. Moments are not synced to our servers or shared with other users through the app.
  • No ads or analytics in V1.0.0. This version does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.
  • We do not sell personal data.

What is stored locally

The following may be stored in on-device storage and is not uploaded to PurePixel LLC servers:

  • Couple profile details you enter (partner names / display names, optional “together since” date)
  • Anniversaries (title, date, yearly repeat setting, optional note, optional photo you attach)
  • Date plans (title, when, place as text, notes, date-prep checklist items, done status)
  • Shared wishes (title, note, open / done status)
  • Memory cards (title, date, note, optional photo you attach)
  • Weekly Q&A answers for each partner and related history
  • Local preferences (theme, optional private-lock PIN settings, optional anniversary / date nudge settings)
  • Onboarding and first-run flags

You can delete individual moments in the app, use Clear our moments, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Because this data is not uploaded, we cannot recover it from our servers. Optional Export our moments creates a local file on your device via the system file picker (SAF); nothing is uploaded by that export.

Optional device features

  • Anniversary & date nudges. Off by default. If you turn them on and allow notifications, the device may show local reminders for your saved days and date nights. Core planning still works if notifications are denied.
  • Private lock. Optional 4–6 digit PIN (biometrics optional where the device supports it) when opening the app. The PIN stays on the device and is cleared with Clear our moments.
  • Photos. You may optionally attach a photo to an anniversary or memory card. Photos you choose remain in local app storage; the app does not upload them to us.
  • Place as text. Date-plan places are typed as text. The app does not use location tracking for date plans.

What the app does not access or collect

  • No account system, pairing code, or stranger matching
  • No contacts access for harvesting or social graph building
  • No location sharing or continuous location tracking
  • No advertising identifiers, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs in this build
  • No cloud sync or backend upload of moments, answers, or preferences in V1.0.0

Nature of the product

Couple Moments Planner is a personal tool for two people sharing one device. It is intended for personal use and works offline for core features. You are responsible for content you enter and for protecting access to the device (and any optional private lock you enable).

Website information we collect

When you contact us by email, phone, or the website inquiry form, we may receive:

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number if you provide it
  • Message content and related inquiry details

We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs on this website at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy before enabling such tools.

How we use information

We use contact information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and support requests
  • Maintain business and compliance records
  • Improve clarity of our service descriptions when relevant

App data described above remains on your device and is not used by us because it is not transmitted to us in V1.0.0.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate email or hosting, or when required by law.

Retention

We retain inquiry records as long as needed for business correspondence, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize them when appropriate. App data retention is controlled by you on your device through in-app delete / clear controls, clear app data, or uninstall.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Local app storage security also depends on your device settings and any private lock you enable.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing haley@purepixelllc.cloud. We may need to verify your request.

For Couple Moments Planner content stored only on your device, use in-app delete / Clear our moments, clear app data, or uninstall; we cannot access that local content from our servers because it is not uploaded.

Children

This website and Couple Moments Planner are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you contact us from another region, your information may be processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when updates are posted. Material changes for the app will be reflected on this page, and the in-app Privacy copy should match the current public release.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
